CoE disservice

City of Ekurhuleni is utterly shameless and useless. For several times now that I have been reporting (logging calls)the sewer blockage in my street and with no assistance. Now the sewer is coming out from my house drainage. I have never in my life experience such an utter disdain and disregard for customers and such gross ineptitude and unprofessionalism.
