Closure on accounts and refunds due

Since the 29th September to date I am being ignored by all people I am emailing Alicia Hobe Alberton Ekhurleni Call centre I AM PAYING FOR OCTOBER ACCOUNTS WHEN MY HOUSE WAS SOLD IN SEPTEMBER AND THEN GET POLITELY TOLD TO GET THE MONEY BACK FROM THE NEW OWNER REALLY PATHETIC!!

My account needs to be closed all proof and documents have been delivered and emailed. Sale of house I am due a refund on excess payments and deposit and my ACCOUNT MUST BE CLOSED. Even had photo;s date stampled, cancellation letter and lawyers letters - JUST BEING INGORED
