City of ekurhuleni municipality

We have been sitting without electricity for 8 days now... We have been calling and trying everything to get someone to get the meter box fix... Even went to the department to take the meter box and thay say thay wil be here in half an hour but for 8 days now and no one is coming out.... I have a week old baby and no power or hot water for 8 days now
