City of Ekurhuleni Metropolitan - Absolutly no service and i have no electricity at my house for 4 days now

The electricity at my house got cut off and i have been trying to get a hold of someone for the last 4 days and now i can hear on the phone the people on the other end are just dropping the calls on me. i have spent a total of so much time just holding on for somoane to help me. Initially some technicians came out and said my meter had been tampered with and someone will reconnect it within the day but that was 4 days ago and that was the last time i heard from anyone. i just need someoene to assist me please. my municiple account is in credit of R1,653.00 and i have 413 units in my prepaid box. I have been to the municipality accounts and they confirmed my electricity should not be cut. If there was a Zero star i would give that rating!!
