City of Ekurhuleni - lack of basic needs to taxpayers

It took over 30 minutes for the call centre to pick up the phone, why is it a call centre when calls are not answered? We have not had electricity in 2 weeks and we pay for our rates and taxes. Get people who are competent to answer the phone and attend to their queries. You are unprofessional, inconsiderate and selfish What a joke and a waste of taxpayers money
