City of Ekurhuleni lack od support and interest.

After countless attempts, visits amd emails to municipality, im still awaiting for my new meter to be loaded on the system since last year November 2023. The continuous promises that job card will be completed im still paying an enormous interim amount so that my power doesn't get because they awaiting a sub contractor to load the meter on the system. Ive being promised back pay but its as if they just dont seem interested or see the urgency.
