City of Ekurhuleni *******ion on rates and taxes

I do know what we needs to be do with the city of Ekurhuleni in terms of their Rates and Taxes, I live in a Township and we are supposed to pay about R1500 to R2000 and yet some other places in the same area they pay about R500 rands on my area the water is charged at R750 a month the house SEWER-RESIDENTIAL is R600 For owning the PROPERTY we pay R758 If you are in areas they charge you 19% INTEREST ON ARREARS, but we have been very quite about this matter this municipality needs to be investigated we have been ripped apart this straight out *******ion its crazy that we dont have big yards we do not even use water to that extent and yet just for those two things you already paying 1000 rands for each so basically from calculations we are paying close to 4000 rands on rates and taxes this *****, if anyone knows where we can report this matter on national level please do advise
