City of Ekurhuleni Electricity

For the past 2 years our electricity cuts off anytime and for long periods of time. Sometimes twice in one day. As I write this its New years eve and it's gone. Last week on Christmas Eve it was a Sunday it was gone. We have done everything . Reporting to the call center is useless. Our appliances are getting damaged. No one cares to explain why this happens . No meetings no warning. We were told that there is no more loadshedding. So what on earth is happening? City of Ekurhuleni is failing us big time. No one ever intervenes. We are lost. Call center agents do not have a clue what to do. Technicians should be call center agents.
