Can't get assistance

<p>I reported the water leakage from July 2016, and till today the problem is still not resolved. Staff at the Ekurhuleni Call Centre they don't have UBUNTU, I don't understand how did they get the job. Always,their systems are offline. This is really frustrating. We all talk about Save Water, however the Ekurhuleni Municipality don't practice that. so please advice what to do because I don't get any help. our street is full of water. the recent ref no that they gave me is ********** . please assist me. because really this is not on. Do I need to have a million or bribe someone for my problem to be Solved ?</p>
