Calls never answered by Benoni

I have tried calling Ehurhuleni Benoni regarding rates settlement bill. Calls never answered when I drove there the staff were sitting doing nothing.<br> <br> I have now tried to call again and once again the calls to various numbers are not answered. I simply wanted to find out the cost of electricity per KWH so I can bill my tenants correctly. Seems everytime one has a query on must spend time and money driving to Ekurhuleni Benoni<br> AND THIS SERVICE BEFORE ELECTIONS WELL DONE....NOT
