Cable theft separated

I have big concern how our electricty just goes off, out of loadshedding schedule. I stay in Windmill park estate Ext 12, stand alone house on the first phase. We never had these issues before until a cable theft i think 2021 or 2022. To my suprise its only the first phases , dawn park and Holomisa , the last phase which is New houses they are not impacted.In logic So i believe or to my understanding when the cable was ****** they tied us to Holomisa. But How so we are paying a lot of municipality rates, Holomisa they do not. This matter needs to be resolved we need our own cable separated from Holomisa like it was before. I am also talking on behalf of Dawn park because my son stays there, so he is also impacted as he cannot do his school work..We must not be impacted by cable theft which is always ****** in Holomisa.
