Burst waterline - no action since reported

we reported a burst waterline, the inlet line to our property on 27/04/2015.<br> Ref = ***<br> we followed up on the respective dates:<br> 29/04/2015<br> 02/05/2015<br> 05/05/2015<br> and today, 08/05/2015...<br> today we were informed that the job card is signed off and marked for completion on 29/04/2015.<br> yet, no work / repairs have been carried out, the water is still leaking through the ground. <br> we were promised a response time within 24hrs... <br> does any one at ekurhuleni know how to work? or should we just cut the pipe off , drill a borehole and not depend on ekurhuleni for anything? then we can save by not paying rates and taxes...<br> PS, our water-bill for April and May will be for your account!
