Building/House Alterations approval taking longer than estimated 6weeks

Building/House Alterations approval taking longer than the 6weeks estimated turn-around time promised. Plan No: 669/2021 first submission 28 October 2020, I had to do a reSubmission in December the 17th 2020, Due to my initial plans & Documents being lost at Alberton Plans Office 8th floor Civic Centre. In January 2021, comments were made. I made the changes and resubmitted Updated Plans. To-date 15th March 2021, I'm taken from pillar to post about the Plans approval even after I made all required comments. EMM please assist.
