Boksburg Municipality electricity Installation at Salfin

I recently bought a house in Salfin Boksburg. For two months now the house has been completed but no electricity installed. I have called their call center several time attempting to get a resolution on this matter with no luck no one seems to be able to provide answers on the installation. So much for Batho Pele principles!
