Boksburg municipality a clear disaster no customer service or management

i listed the same problem of street lights not working in Boksburg Cindirella and both times it is resolved without it being fixed. The mayor and city manager do not respond to emails. Pot holes the size of car wheels everywhere ,maybe the mayor and town counsels should not get salaries until they help the people.
