Blocked Sewerage pipe in my yard.

On the 17 March 2016 I send a request to Kempton Park Ekurhuleni Municipality for a blocked sewerage pipe in my yard which is spilling over, on the 18 March 2016 I then received an sms with reference no. *** acknowledging my request. I waited hoping for a quick and efficient service on Friday and Saturday and no one came to my rescue, I then call the call center a number of times on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday with no assistance and having to spent more than R80 of airtime. I eventually managed to get through on Monday 21/3 and spoke to Nombusa at the call center, who promised to send people out to attend to the problem who also did not show any curtesy as she just dropped the phone with any proper explanation of how I'm going to be assisted,I then call again on Tuesday 22/3 after a number of times of trying to get through I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Hlangani who also promised to send the plumber out, up to now there is no form of assistance. My place is just messy, it is like a sewerage plant, my kids and my entire family are on a verge of contracting diseases through this.
