Blocked sewerage lines

Logged a call on 2022-07-17 regarding a blocked sewerage line outside my house. Keep on getting the same message that the call has been escalated and the incident is now long overdue. Still nothing done after almost 6 weeks. Phoned this morning and got the same message again. Phoned water sanitation side and not even answering their phones but yet they charge u for sewerage and can't even come and do their work. Pathetic service
