Blocked Sewer for 3 weeks!

Shocking service phone municipalityto complain about a blocked sewer. Xomplai t was logged 19th November. Xomplaint reference number is; ***. I have phoned the municipality everyday and get told they will escalate complaint and send someone to assist. To date no one has bothered to sort out the blockage . I now have a dam in my garden! Can someone please sort this out. The smell is horrific!!
