Blocked sewages and pipes that pass in my yard

I reported a blocked sewages that's running in my yard a month ago,and yes EMM responded via Hellopeter and they required me to provide them with my adress so that they can sort the problem as soon as possible,I did provide them with the adress,I even called their call centers(ref ***,***) but they haven't sorted the problem yet,I'd send the photos of human waste that's is all over my toilets coz the blockage now exits trough my toilet bowl...I'll send the photos later,my adress is 31933 Emaphupheni(near the dam)
