Blocked sewage not attended

I called the ekurhuleni municipality call centre on the 18th October to report a blocked main hole in my yard that has caused sewage to come out from the main hole and drain then comes in the house, the call centre is not answered in time it took me 4 tries to finally get through and once I did the call centre agent was not friendly nor helpful at all.

I received a Ref no and no plumber came to assist us. On saturday 19 October I called the call centre again and still it was so hard to get an answer. I ended up having to call more than 40 times in order for the call to get through. What's frustrating is that we have a main hole inside our house and if it gets blocked our home gets affected, we constantly have to live in a smelly house and have to pray that the sewage does not damage our furniture. Outside in the yard we had so much water and sewage coming out from yesterday while out neighbor has a funeral and people have to pass by our house and eat in such an unsanitary place. It is such an unhealthy place to leave in and we dont even have any chemicals to cover up the smell after we try to clean up.

Its Saturday night and I still did not receive any help and have spoken to 5 different agents today about my problem who promised to send in a plumber to fix this sewage with no luck. I cant even sleep as i know that my house might be filled with water and sewage.

I really do not understand how we are expected to live like this, while other people do not even get affected when there are blockages. In my whole life I haven't seen any main hole that's inside a yard all main holes I have seen are outside and do not affect any houses nearby.
