Blocked Sewage located in my yard

Main sewage blocked and overflow into my property. The sewage are running down my driveway. I report this at least 10 times a year for the last 9 years. Every time they come and open the blocked manholes but not for long and it happens again. They never clean my property and I have to clean the sewerage of my driveway. I have reported it again on Sunday but no response from Ekurhuleni. The sewage are running down my drive way into the public road. I stay opposite a school where kids will walk through the sewage next week when the school opens. The smell are bad and you can't even step onto the driveway with all the sewage running down the driveway
