Blocked sewage and **** overflow

I am writing to follow up on a blocked sewage issue at my residence located at musini street,Emaphupheni ext 18,31933 which the second report was reported on 03/03/2025 with referencenumber 0444.Unfortunately, it has now been weeks since the initial report, and despite numerous attempts to bring it to their attention, the issue remains unresolved.

The prolonged delay in attending to this matter has caused significant inconvenience and is now posing a serious health risk due to the **** overflow, bad smell and unable to use our own toilets.
