Blocked meter number

I've been in the dark for over a week now, my meter number is been blocked, and I made payment I was told is not enough to unblock me, I must wait when the office is open on the third of January..... The emails and numbers provided to me, I don't get any reply.... I have a new born baby... This are essential workers.
