Blocked Drainage

I,m a resident of Leachville Ext 3 under Brakpan Municipality, i have an issue that needs to be resolved on an emergency basis . I have being complaining about a blocked drainage pipe for over a month,it's a weekly occurrence.The service is very poor, their call center is a joke you hold for ever someone to help you. I have emailed the Mayoral office countless times no help. I have phoned a gently man in Brakpan office by the name of Anton , the issue its happening every two days and it's becoming a health hazard. They are aware of the issue.
