Block of manhole

On Friday 20 March 2015 I report the blockadge of my suradge manhole at 16h00 and they said they will send someone to open the drain.On Saterday morning 21 March 2015 nobody show up and I phone them again at 7h20,again they told me they will send someone out.On Monday 23 March 2015 still nobody show up,so I phone <br> them again at 8h25,I told them this a health problem,again they they they told me they will send someone out.On Saterday afternoon 23 March 2015 when I got home from work still nothing has been done.I phone again Tuesday 24 March 2015 at 8h30 and when I ask them what is going on,they put the phone down.I don't know what to do(so I ask you to help)<br> <br> The ref. no. that they give me is.***<br> Than you very match<br> Nico Oosthuysen<br> <br> E-Mail: [Email Removed]<br>
