Blank statements
I received my latest water & lights statement, but it only shows a total amount. There are no lines showing water, sewage or electricity usage, I have had interim water readings on my last 3 statements and want to know if this has been resolved (no response received regarding these complaints either). When I call the call centre, I am told to go to the offices, apparently a proper statement can't be e-mailed to me.... The latest statement on the Siyakhoka website doesn't load either....
