Best service I have ever got

I was at Esithebe Municipality to query a payment that was made short in June. The lady who processed my payment made a finger error by putting R 32.00 instead of R 320.00. The supervisor by the name of Josphine Lekalala helped me today. She was very helpful and told me she will look for any surplus or receipts of that day. She was concerned that the query was old she won't know where to start to investigate it as she doesn't recall having a surplus of R 288.00. She told me she will call me as soon as she finds something. On my way back she phoned me to let me know she found it. She said she didn't eat as it was her lunch time because she was worried and thinking the query was old. But within 30min she found it. She is a very mature lady by age, I wouldn't expect that she would be so quick to assist me. The manner which she handle my query was so proficiently. We need people like these ones. I wish the staff at Ekurhuleni Municipality which are very young could learn from her. The staff was lazy to assist me. But Mrs Lekalakala was so concern and eager to assist me. I was so happy with the best service service I got today. especially to a lady that is almost my mother's age. Thank you mama, keep up the great work you are doing.
