Benoni council has zero management

They started 1km if Pretoria Rd in March Promised completion by May We have a small center which ran 8 happy tenants one being a coffee shop These road works are still not complete Nobody is working on the roads . The roadworks completely ****ed business for these 8 shops forcing closures I have had a 10% increase in rates and water and other services have been added to my council to the tune of R10000 per month 12 people are now unemployed as a result of bad management
