Been calling since 8am this morning, knowone answers

I have been calling from 8 o clock, i called over ten different numbers, I just need my statements to be emailed to me, knowone answers their phones, one gentlemen at 011 *** answers but keeps giving me numbers of people that dont answer, the call centre number does not work, the support desk does not answer, knowone is willing to help but they are quick to cut the electricity off
