Bad,bad service

Bad,bad service. I have been without power since Monday,tried logging the calls via watsapp,going to their offices in Alberton,contacting customer care centers,all this never beared any fruits.Even now I'm on the dark city in this cold weather......no one is willing to assist or explain the problem.
