Bad service - no water and sanitation

I live in Brentwood park area in middle street, Benoni our area has been without water and no water tanks have been sent and this is happening all the time. we are not getting feedback for our calls. how are we supposed to live without basic human need which is water? we cannot use bathrooms, we cannot cook, we cannot bath, we cannot drink this is inhumane. the parties handling this issue are not doing their part as this is happening often.
