Bad service Energy department Of Ekurhuleni

Three months ago the was a water leakage outside my property. I reported the leak to the water department. They came dug a hole. While they were digging the the electricity cable snapped. I called the Energy department they came after 3 after not having power. The came did a dangerous temporary connection. I called the energy department no luck I went to the energy department they kept on saying the technicians are coming.

I have kids I have to constantly monitor them that they don’t go near the power cable. I don’t know what to do anymore
