this is for ekurhuleni in springs. You get an account of R7800 which you querry and then pay , then they sent you a pre notification for cut off and bill you another R250 for the letter but you paid the account. Ekurhuleni does not check the bank to see if the money is in last months moneypaid took then nearly a month to allocate to my account what the hell is going on. I will not pay the R250 for the letter i paid my account. someone needs to phone me if you cutt off my account you will be in trouble because it is paid
