Bad service at Nigel municipality

They have turned off my electricity, I paid the amount of 15000 to have it turned back on I have been there over 12 times, it's been 10days and still nobody has come out to assist, everytime I went there I was informed that they have contacted siya who ignores his emails and calls he was supposed to come out and sort this problem out and nothing contacted the counselor and no help at all.
