BAD SERVICE AT KEMPTON PARK LICENSE DEPARTMENT

This licence department has been offline since Wednesday. How come ONLY this particular branch is often offline than other branches? Doesn't Ekurhuleni Municipality have IT Technicians on site or any back up plan? How come does staff for this branch don't value their jobs? On Wednesday I went home without getting any assistant as we were deserted by the staff as they claimed to be offline by they managed to print notes that says "OFFICE CLOSED DUE TO SYSTEMS OFFLINE,' ironically. from which system was that noted printed? I came back again on Friday as I can't start my new work because I need to have a PDP, surprisingly that note greeted me at the gate. To prove that staff from this branch are getting paid for sitting on their ass and doing nothing, operating hours for Friday is from 08:00 but some reported for duty long after 08:00. Some people who came to collect their drivers licenses were turned back, it was until a particular white couple came and protested that collections got nothing to do with the system. That's how others were let in.
