Bad service at Kempton park license department

<p>Kempton park license department is the worst when coming yo service,workers jusy sit and chat on their phones the hole day and when you ask them something they give you attitude and tell you that they will only be able to help you after lunch because they have to go eat. Ut is a pity because they don't have name tags,but thete is a one black guy and a Coloured woman at the cards collection desk who will turn you back without even checking,and by that time they are busy chatting. I don't think this is what we voted for,we pay for this services the least they can do is to do what they are paid to do. It would be better if they can have name tags so that we can name and shame,because some of the guys works really hard.</p>
