Bad Service at Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality

Bad service This morning 17/6/2021 9.15am I called Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality to follow up on the query I had regarding the street lights that are not working. My first query was in March 2021 *** which has not been resolved. In May 2021 this query was escalated and given a new reference no. *** and to date it has not been resolved. The consultant that helped me today was very rude and refused to give me her name. She told me that a tender of fixing street lights around Germiston was given to Themba whose not responding to emails. I asked what was a way forward since we're not serviced well by Themba, she yelled at me and says I must go to the walking in center since I'm not patient and not satisfied. She rang off the phone on my ear. I'm so furious and want this taken up to Ekurhuleni Metro municipality superiors. We're sitting in the dark streets and it's not safe in winter.
