Bad service and no information about my statement

Ekhureleni municipality service is discusting, on the 18th of September 2021 I received my bills with high rates I called the number on the statement the where giving me number to non of those numbers where answered. I was charged wastage three times with water reading I don't even know where they took them cause I have my own readings. I went to thier offices yesterday 01 October 2021 this lady td me to pay it they is nothing she can do. Like where can we get help we are getting ripped of day light I can't pay R1600where do I get that money while I'm used to paying R500. I'm so so dissapointed and angry at the same time
