Bad service and lack of professionalism

I'd like to express my disappointment of the municipality unsatisfactory level service I have received.

On the 18 April 2019 there was a burst water pipe which was on my driveway. The municipality workers opened my driveway and broke down my pavement to get to the pipes underground. I have logged several calls with the call center to have my pavement fixed/replaced but to date all my pleas have been ignored. It has been over 3 months now that my pavement is being left dilapidated and this is causing damages to my cars. The reference numbers allocated are (*** and ***).

I hope you would agree with me that this is not acceptable under any circumstances
