BAD service and causing health related issue

Since 13 September 2024, i phoned them to report sewerage issue by my business. They have not came out to resolve, since then i have phoned them almost every second day to ask what is happening. They advise hold and we will escaled the issue, coming back to advise is escaladed and there will be someone shortly. Even today they said will be here at 12:00 with no luck. Currently the situation with us is you can't life with the smell, how it runs all over and even my customer is complaining. I just opened my business so not good for me at all. The problem is not even at my premises but next door but i am getting the spill.

This is now a health issue toward everyone.

What else do i need to do to get them to sort the issue.
