Bad service

The worst experience, I reported a water meter leak over a week ago and it over an hour for one to be connected to their call center and i had to do 3 follow up calls over the past three days and they keep saying tomorrow they will come but they never do, now all they do is hang up on me once i tell them who i am and why i am calling, They are the worst and their call center agents are just as awful and ****s.
