Bad service

I called ekurhuleni municipality on this number ***on the 25th of july reporting blockage of sewer ref no 0***/07/25 .i was told that turn around time is 48hrs ,i have been calling several time asking for feedback the answer i would get is my application is in progress. I'm not very happy with the bad service I'm getting, so i must stay on a smelly yard close to a month now
