Bad service

I live in palmridge extension 8 and our electricity cable faulty as a result my whole does not have electricity for 3 days now we have reporting this to the EKURHULENI Municipality and all they do is give reference numbers and say they will come fix but dont show up. We work from home and did bulk grocery due to COVID19 so all the food is getting spoilt and cannot work. I'm very disappointed.
