BAD SERVICE

On the 07/10/2015 in the morning My mom went to Rabasotho civic centre to check what is happening wit the electricity cause it went off at 20h30 on the 06/10/2015 the guy who assisted her told her that the electricity is not finish but its down on the danger box they call Isazelo (electrician) to go and make it on they promise to go and make it on, on that day only to our surprise they didn't come on the 08/10/2015 my mom went again to Isazelo to check why they didn't come the guy by the name of Mwabe in the office tell her that unfortunately he cant help her he inform her to go and speak to the manager by the name of Mr Mphahlele so could manager without any assistance told her to go and speak to Lilian who told her that their technician wont go de and fix it cause the is ******* connection my Q is why we have to suffer for people who did that cause we at home we didn't do it and it was not a good way to answer her we pay municipality rates every month wat for cause we don't get service obvious the are people in that department who get paid for doing nothing, even now electricity is not fixed things are getting rotten in the fridge, I want to know up until when we have to stay
