Bad Service

I have been liasing with Durban Municipality as from June regarding water leakage from their sewrage. This is not the first time we complained from last year we are having these problem. They fixed it last year after a long struggle. This year they tried to fix it but it is still leaking. When they come to check they will ask you what is the problem they dont check it themselves. They will say its not their dept. They will escalate the case . We have to wait for another week ,the one that will come will ask you again what is the problem as of you are working with them. The last one that came was shouting saying they didnt see our house no. on the wall and he asked me same question before I even finish to explain he said its not for his dept. He went swearing at me. I told him that I think the problem is in our neighbour he didnt even bother to go and check. Our pavement is damaged because of these water that they are failing to find the problem
