Bad service

<p>Last night we had a problem with our electricity. We phoned the call centre and they said they will despatch an electrician. We are still waiting for him to come. We phoned again this morning enquiring about the electrician. The attendant were very rude. Said we don't need to panic and put the phone down. I do need to panic as he is not going to replace all the stuff defrosting in my fridges.</p>
