Bad service

<p>Emailed the albfin@ekurhuleni email address requesting bylaws regrding fireworks.</p> <p>I was given a number which I called. They then gave me another number to call. I called that number which went unanswered. I emailed again, and got a response from Sphe Shezi saying "Unfortunately we don’t have the number….SORRY!!!" Is this really the service level of EMM?? This is shocking. You as Ekurhuleni Metro should be able to assist in all areas... where else am I supposed to get help from!!??</p>
