bad luck with ekhuruleni

<p>Good day, during February earlier this year my step father passed away. Last year August my mother was very sick with pneumonia and ended in ICU. He was hardly at home. He last put electricity on his metre last year September. I have been sent up and down from then trying to get the system up and running, I only found out today that ekhuruleni wants me to pay a fine of R2600. I told them that I don't have the cash right now. They rudely sent me home. This year has been really awful, I desperately need help with my electricity, please help me? </p>
