Bad customer services

I went to the Vosloorus municipality office, had a query with water consumption. Spoke to Lorraine Ndaba,Bad attitude lo sisi.I wanted to lodge a Complaint, she literally refused,saying there is no supervisor ,she is and there is no Complaint procedure in Vosloorus municipality,water and sewer .Literally I was not helped
