Bad, bad service delivery at Ekhuruleni -Germiston Municipality

Bad / zero service delivery from Ekurhukeni municipality. We have been out ofelectricity from the 16th October 2018, reported to their call center & we received a reference number. We followed up since then & everyday they would say a Technician is on its way. We have gone as far going to their offices & to their plant where their Technicians are based and todate nothing has happened. Can someone from this office just do what they are paid to do for once?
